This ensures that your bike is reserved and waiting for you upon arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rental Period:<\/strong> We rent out bikes every day from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM. This timeframe gives you the flexibility to plan your day on the island. <strong>E-bike rental: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pick-up and Return:<\/strong> All bikes must be picked up from and returned to our station in B\u00e4ckviken. This simplifies the handling and ensures that all bikes are where they need to be when you need them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Electric Bikes:<\/strong> Due to the need for charging, e-bikes must be returned before we close for the day. <strong>The rental period is from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. <\/strong> If you plan to rent both a regular bike and an e-bike for multiple days, you will need to make two separate bookings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No Refund:<\/strong> If you fail to use your booked bike or any part of the booked time, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund for the unused time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Liability:<\/strong> We are not responsible for any personal or clothing damage that may occur while you rent the bike. We urge everyone to cycle carefully and responsibly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Customer Responsibility:<\/strong> You as a customer are responsible for keeping the bike in good condition during the rental period. If you need help with the bike, refer to the map for service locations on the island.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Late Return Fee:<\/strong> If you return the bike later than agreed, a late fee of 50 SEK per bike will be charged. This also applies to tandem bikes and trailers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Booking Pickup:<\/strong> To pick up your booked bike, please visit our rental station in B\u00e4ckviken. This is the only place where pickup is possible.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-84801bdc mht-terms-item mht-before-fa-sharp mht-before-fa-solid fa-calendar-xmark mht-before-fa-abs\">\n\n<h2 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-b59e66c6 gb-headline-text h4\">Cancellation Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To meet the diverse needs of our customers, we offer two types of booking options: Standard and Flexible. Below, you will find detailed terms for cancellation and rebooking for these options.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-b44bef48 gb-headline-text h5\">Standard Booking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Choose standard booking for the best price. If the new booking is cheaper, the difference will be refunded according to the terms applicable to the original booking type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Illness or Accident:<\/strong> In case of illness preventing the use of the bike, we offer, upon presentation of a medical certificate, the possibility of a full refund or free rebooking.
